Nicholas Lewis had the Coyotes’ best round on May 13 at 3-under par (69). Lewis recorded five birdies, including two in the final five holes. He was tied for 17th place.
Tanaka Chatora was tied for 12th after posting an even par round of 72.
No. 1 Indian Hills (Iowa) led the tournament after two rounds. No. 2 McLennan was four strokes back, followed by No. 5 Central Alabama in third place (six back) and No. 2 Odessa in fourth (eight back). WC was 11 behind the leader.
