Inspired by the spirit of iconic live music festivals, Aledo City Limits is designed to give young musicians the opportunity to experience performing on a big stage while bringing the community together for a day of music, creativity, and family fun. The festival will feature a full lineup of student performers, youth bands, solo artists, and musical theater performances representing schools and programs from across the area.
In addition to live performances throughout the day, families can enjoy food trucks, interactive activities for kids, local vendors, art experiences, and community booths. The event is designed to be a vibrant celebration of the arts and a place where families can gather to support the next generation of performers.
“Our favorite part of what we do is giving kids big stages to shine on,” said Danielle O’Donnell, owner of Aledo Music Academy. “We want our students to fall in love with performing at an early age and experience what it feels like to step on stage and feel like the rock stars they truly are.”
Parents say opportunities like this help students grow in confidence and create lasting memories for families.
Aledo City Limits is expected to draw families from across Parker County and surrounding communities, offering a full day of entertainment while highlighting the importance of arts education and youth creativity.
Applications for youth performers are currently open, and the event welcomes young musicians, bands, and performers who would like to take the stage.
